Winter's Snowy Cabin

You're walking through the forest, or maybe a large, sprawling, icy field, when you see a glimmer of purple in the distance. Soon, you discover that it's a cute, adorably tiny cabin in the middle of nowhere, lots of little details.

This is Winter's Snowy Cabin. It has a chimney, a snowy roof (how are they going to get the snow off that roof?), and other details, some of which include the cartoon-like chimney, the snow around the cabin, and the light brown "wooden beams" holding up the roof!

This cabin started when I realized it was winter and... *gasp* I only had one winter themed post. So, I got the idea, let's build a cabin with snow around it! The first thing I did once I had the idea was figure out how the light brown pieces would hold up the roof. It took a while, but I really like the results!

Once I finished the roof of the cabin, I had another fun yet hard challenge in front of me, which was figuring out what to put inside. There wasn't much room inside, but I still wanted there to be something a bit nicer than a table inside, just to give the cabin the same cozy feeling it has on the outside!

That's how I decided to build a tiny kitchen, and a soft, "velvety" purple couch. Plus, to give a smooth finish, I used tiles. And I was about to call this done, when I realized I wanted to add a lamp, hence the lamp hanging above the room, the perfect finishing touch to an already wonderful cabin!
