Corner Shop Pizzeria

Welcome everyone, to your typical corner pizza shop, decorated with a colorful 'Pizza' sign, and adorned with beautiful details!

The first feature I'd like to point out is the sign, which is the finishing touch to the pizza shop and what lets everyone know that there's pizza.

The first thing I did to make the sign was attach the two green slabs, using side studs, to the walls of the building. But then I was puzzled. I knew, having recently received a set of LEGO letters, that I wanted to write the word pizza, but where should I put it?

I tried putting it on one of the green pieces, but I only had enough pieces to write it once, and I didn't want only one of them to have letters on it. So, finally, I devised this method, of putting it in the middle, which both made the building more 3D, and made it look better.

The downstairs floor of this building is simple. A small kitchen/counter, with a bowl and a phone.

It's pretty small, but then again you have to build small if you're on an 8x8 platform, which is a tiny building size. And while I would have wanted to add a bit more detail, and make the kitchen a bit fancier, this way works just as well.

Then we get to the second floor, which is decorated with a nice bed, and a shelf next to the bed with a dinosaur and a clock. Plus, who doesn't love the cute little potted plant next to the bed?

Also, if you notice the small brown column next to the bed and the yellow shelf, that's what's holding the pizza sign outside.

And finally, we step outside, where a small table with pizza and a soda are waiting for us. Decorated, and fitting in with the rest of the building, this is the final touch that this build needs to be a standout. And just look at that cute little pizza (although I prefer cheese without pepperoni)!
