Welcome to Vine Terrace, a small street (or, the synonym for street; terrace), with two buildings that capture the essence of neighborhoods made with lots of small buildings that are both friendly and fun!

The first building is the purple building. This is a regular house, owned by an older lady named Frieda. Now retired, Frieda has switched to more gardening and writing aspects. Although she can't have much of a garden in such a small neighborhood, she still has her potted plant, which she cares for dearly.
The building techniques used to build this are rather simple, so I

added a couple arches above the door to make it stand out.
Then we go inside! On the first floor there's a simple shelf with some papers and other little trinkets and gadgets. Had this been a bigger building, I probably would have added some more stuff to the first floor, but there wasn't any room.

Next is the second floor/attic, which is simply decorated with a desk and a nice bed. This is where house owner Frieda does her writing, with a window (see above) open to let the songs of the birds come through and inspire her.
It may be a small and simple building, but it's beautiful nonetheless, with details and curves that make it a standout!

Then we go next door, to the neighborhood Italian restaurant, full of pizza and pasta! This restaurant includes features such as a patio, and a little upstairs kitchen! It's your go-to restaurant for every occasion, whether it's the last day of school or someone's birthday, and with a small Italian flag, some green vines, and the pastel yellow coloring of the building, we all know that this is definitely a cute little restaurant!

Inside, there's a simple kitchen on the second floor, next to a balcony, which is more decorative rather than useful, since there isn't any door leading to it. Then again, there are plenty of houses with balconies that don't have doors.

Another detail that I'm quite fond of is the stone pattern between the first and second floor of the pizza place. Made with grey slope bricks, it gives a nice stone pattern that looks very interlocked and gives the yellow building that final wow factor that brings it to the next level.

Finally, we come downstairs to my favorite part of the build, a patio hidden behind the leaves. There's two small seats, an almost finished pizza and a bottle of wine, capturing the feelings of a restaurant patio in just 12 LEGO pieces!

And, at the very end of the block, sticking out of the model, is some LEGO Technic pieces, since the base of this building is built with Technic.
So even though the builds are quite small, and the little details inside them are smaller, it's still a fun, colorful build that sums up a neighborhood and all its little details!
