Like any good building idea, this one started with one piece, which eventually led to a simple and yet charming little ice cream truck that I call Fancy Flavors Ice Cream Truck.

I was building some random elaborate building that wasn't working well when I found a LEGO ice cream piece. It was the pink one that is seen on the ice cream truck sign. That was when I thought to myself, why don't I build a simple ice cream truck and come back to whatever I was doing later on?
So I did just that. It was a fun, simple build, with the last touch being the green leaf on top. I have never seen a vine on an ice cream truck, but I wanted this truck to have a cafe vibe and so many of my favorite cafes have vines or plants, so I added it.

Another thing I did to give the ice cream truck a nice feel was add small wheels instead of regular truck wheels. They are only 2 studs by 4 studs but they are really classy and I like them much better in this case than bigger car wheels.

The inside of the truck was pretty simple, for the most part. I carried over the dark pink curved pieces (I don't know what they're really called) from the sign to the back of the seat and added a small drink machine, but that's about it. I am only realizing now that this truck lacks both a cash register and a steering wheel, so not the most realistic model, but still fun in my opinion.
Overall, this was a really fun build that showed me that even the simplest builds can be nice when given the attention and time they deserve.
