Waves and the Beach

Celebrate the summer and the beach with a beautifully sculpted wave, arching out of the water and looming over a sandcastle!

With violent, choppy waves destroying a sandcastle, we can only guess that the wave's next victim will be the beach float. This is one epic day on a beach vacation!

I started out building with blue pieces and carving a basic wave shape. Then I added a little more height and finally placed the clear places to be all the bubbles in waves. It took a while to get it all right, but I'm happy with the end result and the story it tells! I just feel bad for the kid who built that beautiful sandcastle.
