Garden of Winter

When I started the LEGO blog on Create Sparkle, one of my first ideas was to build a series of seasonal builds, one for each of the four seasons. This series became the Garden of Seasons. Almost a year later, I've finished the series with my post, the Garden of Winter.
This build started with the idea of building a ski slope, or a slope to go sledding on, but that proved to be a bit complicated, so I took a step back with a more basic idea, a tree house in the snow!
There's a ladder leading up to the tree houses, some books inside, and lots of snow covered branches coming out from the tree. And while I'm not sure anyone would visit this tree house in the dead of winter, I'm sure that in a couple of months, this is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a good book!
